Snow White and the Huntsman –
The titles just shows the name of
the film with a snowy background. This suggest that having “Snow white” this
shows that snow white will have a big part of the story line. I would say that
the target audience is a 12 or lower because snow could represent pure and
goodness just by looking at the title. The "O" in "Snow" has a dot in the middle. this could

They also list the cast at the
start of the film. However before this the actors Kristen Stewart, Charlize
Theron, Chris Hemsworth all have there names separate as well. The reason for
this is to make the audience aware that they are the main characters.
Between the names are four
seconds. This i think is the perfect time to have the titles on the screen for.
The film also had non-diegetic
music in the background.
The title and the background and
music are different in many ways. “Snow white” the non-digetic music is sung by
a women this could be portrayed as snow white singing. However the dark/ black
background could suggest evil. By making the colour white could show the pure
and innocent side of the film as well.
Overall i wouldn’t recommended to
do this for our final piece because even though you get the mystery i think
there is too much writing on the screen and it looks boring. However i would
like to use background music.
